Mark sheet of Std. X & Std. XII examinations - (4 Copies each + Original)
Mark sheet of the qualifying examination (Degree) (7 Copies + Original)
Convocation Degree Certificate/Passing Certificate (7 Copies + Original)
Eligibility certificate from University (7 Copies + Original) (In case of candidate who have passed qualifying examination from other than Mumbai University)
Migration Certificate - (7 Copies + Original) (In case of candidate who have passed qualifying exam. for other then Mumbai University.
College Leaving / Transference Certificate from the institute last attended by the candidate to be submitted before 31-08-08.
Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
Certificate of Work Experience/Achievement/Award etc (2 Copies only).
CET Score Card. (7 Copies + Original)
Latest Photograps 2 nos. (Size : 3.5 x 2.5)
