Executive Placements:
XIMR welcomes corporates at its campus for the
Executive Placement Season. The institute encourages
students to take forward Corporate Management
Traineeship Program as the leading step in their
Management Career.
Executive Placement Process:
• Companies can conduct a Pre Placement
Talk (PPT) on a date which is convenient to the
company and XIMR. In case company can not come
for the PPT, a softcopy of PPT could be forwarded
which will then be shown to the students.
• PPT needs to include the company profile,
available job profiles, progression of career
and compensation details.
• Interested students will then apply for
the position.
• The company may then short list the candidates
and conduct first level selection process (GD/Case
Study/Test) for short listed students during the
Placement Week. In case if the company is unable
to make it during the Placement week, they may
contact the Placement Coordinator for a convenient
date.
