Summer internship is an important and integral part of the academic curriculum at XIMR. The mentorship by the management of the corporates facilitates students with an insight into the dynamic management issues. The summer internship is planned for 8 to 10 weeks, during the months of May and June at the end of the first year.
The program provides students ample opportunities to innovate, add to, and challenge ideas and techniques used in the corporates. The organization in turn benefits from the objective and unbiased perspective that the management students provide. It further aims to serve as a platform towards building a long and fruitful relationship between the institute and the organization.
